Today We Must Dance Like a Chicken

Always on May 14th, we celebrate the bird who can Boogie Down much better than she can Soar Up.  Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you, "The Chicken Dance".

It is very hard to find a good Chicken Dance on the internet.  You would think there would be a well organized Chicken Dance Flash Mob out there some where.  Nope!

I did find a nontraditional Chicken Dance overseas.

I must get organized.  Next year maybe, we can put together the K1017 Chicken Dance Flash Mob.  We have to show these amateurs how it's done.

A little Chicken Dance background for you. It was originally titled "Der Ententanz" (The Duck Dance), created by Swiss accordion player Werner Thomas of Davos, Switzerland.back in the 1950's. Over the years, it quickly became popular, especially at weddings.

So memorize that info and if you are ever on Jeopardy and there is a Chicken Dance category, You should sweep it.  Actually they are more likely to have just one Chicken Dance question. Well you should get that one right.
