Movies That Messed You Up as a Kid
Hey Gang,
Did you find "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" disturbing? Apparently, some people do.
A FilmDrunk.com survey asked 'What Movies Messed You Up As A Kid," and the answers range from expected to surprising.
There are a couple of movies that messed me up. First was John Wayne's "The Alamo".
I was pretty young at the time I seen it, and I couldn't believe that John Wayne died at the end. John Wayne didn't die. He got shot a lot, but the bullets didn't hurt, he's John EFFIN Wayne.
Another one that tweaked me was "Carrie". My younger brother was the horror kid in the family, I was not. I walked in on him watching this movie and it just happened to be at this scene in the film.
I saw hands popping up in my bedroom that night, and to this day, I've yet to put flowers on a grave without out tossing them from a distance. Oh, and I've never watched the whole movie...ever.
So what about you? What movies really messed you up as a young child?
