Foreigner is #1 at being #2!

Back in 1981, Foreigner set a record, of sorts.

The group was hot at the time, but their second-biggest hit ever "Waiting for a Girl like You" never made it to #1 on the Billboard Magazine Hot 100 list.  But it managed to hang on at #2 for ten straight weeks.  That had to be disappointing for the band.  #2 for ten weeks, but not one at #1!
