Hey Gang,

Time for a look at your Gold report. October 2nd is a fairly big day in Gold history, with a legend sharing time with a night in white satin, and twins that weren't went gold a year before they were ready for the world.

We start in 1970 with legend Merle Haggard.  His album "Okie From Muskogee" was certified Gold on this day.

On that same day the Moody Blues album "Days of Future Passed" went Gold.  Of course it featured the classic "Nights in White Satin"
In 1984 the group that wasn't Thompsons, nor Twins went Gold with their album "Into The Gap".  It featured the hit "Hold Me Now".
