Yeah. This was the best part of Purple Rain. Not Prince. Not the guy from the Mod Squad whopping up on Prince. Naw, the best part of the movie was the world discovering smooth goonball Morris Day and his diminutive comb and mirror caddy, Jerome. sure they dumped an annoying woman in a dumpster but they stole the movie out from under the full plywood acting abilities of Prince with charm and buckets of glitzy cheeky style.

Oddly enough. with the exception of Day on vocals and ace player Jesse Johnson on guitar, Prince is in fact playing all the others instruments.

It hit twenty on the pop charts and remains a classic 80's hit the dancefloor jam to this day. "Jungle Love". Oh we oh we oh. it's your-
