Belton, TX – University of Mary Hardin-Baylor football player LiDarral Bailey has been named American Southwest Conference Players of the Week for his performance in the Cru's 76-28 victory over Sul Ross State University Saturday afternoon. Bailey takes Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second straight week.

Bailey, a senior quarterback from Bremond High School, completed 15-17 passes for a school single-game record 333 yards and he tied the UMHB single game mark with four touchdowns passes. He also added 45 rushing yards on seven carries. Bailey tied the previous school record of 295 passing yards in the first half and he left the game after the opening possession of the second half.

UMHB is now 4-0 overall and 1-0 in ASC play on the season and is ranked #2 in the country in both national polls. The Cru will return home to host Texas Lutheran University for a 6:00 PM kickoff at Tiger Field this Saturday. The Bulldogs are 3-1 overall and 1-0 in the ASC on the year.
