Tinkerbelle is 3 years old, spayed, house trained, leashed trained and very friendly.  Tinkerbelle is bigger than your average Chihuahua because she is mixed with rat terrier.  But she is a quiet, calm dog.

Tinkerbelle really needs a new family to take her away from the noisy animal shelter. It’s real easy to do!  Just stop by 620 Mama Dog Circle.  Temple Animal Shelter has two play areas so you can get to know the dog before you adopt it.  You can also call 254 298 5732, and talk with the shelter people about the kind of pet you want.  Check out the adoptable animals at the City of Temple Website.

One of the most important things you can do for your pet is make sure they have all vaccinations, especially rabies shots.  3 dogs in Killeen were put down this week after coming in contact with a rabid skunk.  Officer Hetzel says that rabies vaccination not only protects your pet but protects you too.
