"Movie 43," an anthology of short films featuring stars like Richard Gere, Emma Stone, Hugh Jackman and Kate Winslet, took the top prize of the night, WORST PICTURE, as well as worst director and worst screenplay.

Nobody wanted to make this movie. NObody! After ten years of knocking on doors, pleading with studios to pick it up, finally Relativity Media said, "OK, but 6 million is all we will give you".

The movie was shot over a period of year, finally released in January 2013 to horrible reviews and horrible attendance. But now it has a Golden Razzie in the record books.

The sci-fi flop "After Earth" starring Will Smith and son Jaden, won three Golden Raspberries.

I really hate delivering this kind of news to a kid, but Jaden Smith won worst actor, while Daddy Will earned worst supporting actor, and the father-and-son team was named the Worst Screen Combo.

The Worst Screen Combo award came from the general public. Ouch!

"The Lone Ranger" starring Johnny Depp was named "Worst Re-Make/Rip Off or Sequel. Disney took a 200 million dollar write off for that one!

Tyler Perry was named worst actress for his cross-dressing title role in "A Madea Christmas". Yes, I actually saw this one, Boy was I sorry about 5 minutes in! This was my first and last Tyler Perry Movie!

Kim Kardashian won worst supporting actress for "Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor."  (What Kim was in a Movie?)  Who paid for that one? Ohh Tyler Perry, nuff said!

In case you are wondering, the Razzies were created in 1980 as the Bizzaro World Oscars.  Winners don't get applause, they get a raspberry.

So congratulations everybody!

Eight of the nine Razzie categories are chosen by the 800 or so members of the Golden Raspberry Award Foundation, who earn voting rights by paying a $40 membership fee, with a $25 annual renewal.

The ninth category, Worst Screen Combo, is voted determined by ratings from more than 80,000 users of the Rotten Tomatoes movie review website.
