Hey Gang

Currently I'm a point counter.  That's right, I'm a member of Weight Watchers. If you're not familiar, it's not a diet, it's a way of eating.  We get a certain amount of points based on our current weight, and then it's up to us to use them as we see fit.  Sure there are some guidelines but there mostly common sense lines.  I mean you know that if you use all your points eating bad food you'll still be hurting yourself.   I try to find healthier alternatives to settle my "cravings".  Because of this I occasionally will create some type of food concoction that makes others cringe.

One of my cravings is Peanut Butter.  I've found a powder that tastes like peanut butter, and it's half the points.  It's called PB2.  Bonus, they have chocolate flavor, which is my other craving.  (Mr. Two Birds, may I introduce you to Mr One Stone) All you have to do is add water to make it as thick, or as thin, as you like.  I like to add oatmeal and Splenda.

If I use this for breakfast I'll add a lot of water to make it runny, and add a chopped up banana.  For lunch, I'll add a small amount of water to make it thick. Then I'll slap it on a bun.  If you take your glasses off it kind of looks like a burger.
