Good Morning Captain

You never know what will resonate with people when you post it on Facebook. I saw an Internet meme which commanded to give a thumbs up if you remember the show. The picture was of Captain Kangaroo with Mr. Green Jeans and Mr. Moose, a fixture of my own childhood tv viewing and that of my parents'.  I don't think I am speaking out of turn if I presume that if you're a fan of K1017 that you probably watched a bit of Captain Kangaroo yourself.

Little did I know when I shared that graphic without comment about 30 people in 24 hours would give me a thumbs up!  People I don't even know were giving kudos. What an impression Bob Keeshan and company made on children's lives.

So I went looking for something similar to share here and figured, why not the captain himself....
