Hey Der,

Gotta admit.  Love the Geico "Hump Day" commercial.  I find myself walking up and down the halls at work asking people "what day is it?".  At first it was fun, then it became irritating.  Which in turn, became fun.  Well, if you find something irritating, and you have power, you can "Stiffel it Edith".  Saying "Hump Day" is kind of juvenile, so it's only fitting that those are the ones getting in trouble.

And of course when you're talking about a group of people that seem to have sticks up their butt, you're talking about "Yankees" from the Northeast.  That's the trouble makers.

Connecticut teachers at Vernon Middle School have banned students from imitating the commercial .  It seems the students have gone too far.  They don't just say it on Wednesday, they've made everyday "Hump Day".

Holy teaching moment  Batman!  If only there were some hired professionals around to instruct the students the meaning of Hump Day.  We could call them "Teachers", and under pay them to inform our children.

It's rare that children take things too far.  I bet if you feed them more sugar, everything will be fine.  What we need here, is someone to blame.  Not their parents.  Oh no. Once the infant arrives in a splash of blood and feces the parents become blameless.  No, the blame goes to The Martin Agency.  They made the commercial, there for we need to banish them.  Maybe even pelt them with tomatoes.

Blame who ever you like when children misbehave, but then turn around a make someone smile...throw a hump in their day.
