Fonzie Fetus or Photoshop?

Is this Photoshop or the coolest baby ever?

This baby is already a viral sensation and it hasn't even been born yet. And it's all because of this ultrasound photo.

The fetus was captured flashing what looks like the thumbs-up sign.

The ultrasound image on Reddit was posted on August 28 under the username meancloth, saying "ultrasound result looks good."

Or course not everybody believes it's real, some suspect Photoshop. Looks like the kid has 5 fingers and a thumb.

By the way, Dad now says there are twins in there, due in January.

As for the baby we can see, some are calling it the "Fonzie fetus, but it could be Michelle from "Full House" and that would not be cool!
