The first time it was kinda cute. Golden State Warrior guard Stephen Curry brought 2 year old daughter Riley to a post game press conference. She was a real ham, not shy at all, just being a two year old.  Well Riley has come to another press conference, is it still cute?

As a person who doesn't really care about post game press conferences or sports for that matter, the little kid was entertaining.  As a former reporter who knows what it's like to cover stuff like this with a child distracting the person you are interviewing, it can be annoying.  Watch what happens and you be the judge.

Even though I don't think she should have been there, my best Riley moments, when she handed off her gum, (4:20), to an Oracle arena employee, (he took it), and when she was singing “Blessings”, (11:02) by Drake and Big Sean.

TIME.com says, some sports reporters argue these antics make it harder to ask questions: ESPN’s Brian Windhorst told Grantland‘s “The Lowe Post” podcast. “It distracts, totally changes the mood in the room, it removes the professionalism, and it makes the job harder.  He argued that with kids at the podium, it becomes awkward to ask tough questions “about how their dads failed, and we can’t do that with kids up there.”

By the way this press conference came after the Warriors eliminated Houston and advanced to the NBA finals. They play the Cleveland Cavaliers.  Game one is Thursday in California.
