2014, time for the annual “I am going to lose weight this year” New Year’s Resolution.  Yep I make the same one every year.  Ever since I had those darn kids and the body got big and stayed that way!

This year it’s gonna take.   How? you may ask.  Why diet and exercise.  That is the easy way, so they say.  Eat Less, Exercise More.

Yeah right!  Where is the Cabbage Soup, the injections, the pills, the 6 meals a day, the shakes, the frozen diet meals, diet cookies?  Gimme all of that.  Something has gotta work this year.  I am just not sure what.

I haven’t decided what I am going to do yet, and I am not going to tell you right away.  First I will lose 20 pounds, (that means it’s working) and then I will tell you how I did it.

 

So stay tuned and keep your fingers crossed. By the way it doesn’t start till January 3. I still have to get rid of all these Christmas Candy Canes.
