Don't know when, don't know how, but we can sort of guess why. July 21st is National Junk Food Day.

It ain't easy being cheesy. Grab your Cheetos and eat away today. For most of us, everyday is junk food day, but for those of you who eat healthy, freaks!, today is the day to cut loose. Grab a hand full of M&M's, then shotgun those with a hand full of Chocolate Covered Peanuts. Make a Toasted Cheese, like you do everyday, but today, fry up both sides of the bread. Sure, you'll get sick, but you have to do it. It's National Junk Food Day.

Been wanting to try all the new Oreo flavors that have come out in the last year? Go ahead, Double Stuff your way to a tummy ache. It's expected. It'll be Un-American to eat veggies today, unless you deep fry them in chicken fat. Do you need help picking out junk food? Man, if that's the case, your parents really raised you right (wrong).

Now, don't forget, tomorrow, the food you eat today will go back to being bad for you. Don't get addicted in one day. Try to remember these facts about junk food...tomorrow. Today you binge. Tomorrow you poop. More likely, Thursday, and it'll be painful.
