Alleged Peeping Tom Sought in Frisco Target Incident

The recent change in policy at Target Corporation stores has nothing to do with an incident that happened in Frisco Texas, one which could have happened in any store and has before.

It wasn't a transgendered person who snapped photos of a girl in a changing room, nor was it in a bathroom in the Target store located in Frisco. And because certain dumb criminals forget there is such a thing as modern camera technology, the alleged offender was fairly brazen and got caught on the store security system. D'oh!
