We have managed to have a pretty "tame" winter so far but you know what happens every time we hear these 2 words "wintry" and "snow" in Texas.

We respond with two words of our own: SHUT. DOWN.

According to The National Weather Service in Fort Worth, an arctic front will push through the region on Tuesday, dropping temperatures into the 40's and 50's during the day and 30's and 40's by evening.

Temperatures should begin to fall to or below freezing in the northwestern-most counties of Central Texas by midnight, and this freezing line will expand steadily south and east overnight into Wednesday morning. Wind chill values will dip into the 10's and 20's with strong north winds 15 to 20 mph and higher gusts.

With all that said, let's just go ahead and save everyone trouble and CANCEL or CLOSE everything tomorrow. We've done it before and we should do it again.

You "northerners" who moved down here, we don't care to hear your "this ain't nothing" nonsense because let's be clear, you moved down here to GET AWAY from "wintry snow" right? Well we don't like it either so let's get it on.

To all school districts, go ahead and call for classes to be cancelled now, Colleges, feel free to "delay" classes and offices across the area, just sleep in tomorrow and open up later. Let's take advantage of this folks!

Seriously, be careful out there tonight and in the morning. If there are closures or delays, we'll keep you updated on the app.
