Whenever Prince breaks out his axe, life is good. Hey, the foundations of modern good music came together at the Essence Festival in new Orleans, when who but his royal shortness, Prince, turned up on stage with Nile Rogers, and yes, brought his hotter than CURSE WORD guitar, covering a song we blast here on K-1017, David Bowie's eighties smash, "Let's Dance."

After his appearance at the fest, Rodgers said on his Facebook page, “How Proud Am I at This Moment? Playing “Let’s Dance” w Prince is so symbolic. That album w Bowie changed my life after Disco Sucks.”
