Updates Will Cause Online Issues for City of Killeen

City of Killeen has announce some issues for online users starting tomorrow(Wednesday).

You might have to make a trip to the Killeen Utility payment drop box this week. For those who've forgotten where it's located, well that would be at the Utility Collections Building, 210 W. Avenue C.

The reason being is that the City of Killeen have announced a scheduled system maintenance and security upgrade. As it's being performed services will be interrupted.

Online utility, permits and accounts receivable payments will be unavailable tomorrow from 5 to 9 a.m. Payments will still be accepted in person and through phone in systems.

Online and phone in payments for utility bills, permits and accounts receivable will be unavailable Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The City of Killeen apologizes for inconveniences caused by these upgrades and appreciates your cooperation as we improve these payment systems.

This is good to know. It would've been better to know more that one day in advance, Maybe a week or two would've been convenient. Just saying.
