According to a recent study from WalletHub to find the most patriotic states in America, Texas ranks 46th! Of course, we disagree.

To determine the rankings there are two main categories, Civic Engagement, and Military Engagement. Civic engagement includes the number of adults that vote, volunteer, etc. Texas was second to last in that category. With the lowest amount of voters.

Military engagement includes the number of active duty and retired veterans among other things. Overall we came out at number 11 with the highest average number of military enlistees helping a lot.

Here's the thing this isn't a poll, this is based off a handful of people with Ph.D.'s in a room trying to sound smart. The only thing right about this study is that New York, California, and New Jersey made the bottom three.

Texans are crazy patriotic, we are! Plus we are the most loyal to our own state for goodness sake! We don't put ourselves ahead of our country, we know that we are part of the good ole U.S of A!

U.S.A! U.S.A! U.S.A!
