If you have a pound of ground beef, you have a meal.

In this fast food mental state that we all get into during our busy lives, it's easy to forget sometimes just how easy, and cheap, it is to make a really good meal at home.

If you have a fry pan with a cover, you can fry up a decent meal for the family. Season up some ground beef with onions. Brown it all up. Throw in 4 cups of beef broth and some rotini pasta. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Throw in 3 cups of cheddar cheese and half a cup of milk and stir it all in. Simmer a bit, and serve it all up.

If you like meatballs, well, you should take them to a Swedish Massage. Just brown up some meatballs. Add 2 cups of beef broth and 2 cups of milk. Bring to a boil and add some egg noodles. Stir under a boil until noodles are tender. Add some parmesan and serve.
