Tamarcus Jaques Scott Arrested For Shooting in Copperas Cove

I think we need to open a pillow fighting store. Silly? Possibly, but it seems that people are very angry and are not dealing with it in a healthy way. I've lost count on how many times a simple disagreement has turned into "shots fired". If only there was a place people could go and beat someone up with a pillow. Stress gone. Gun back in holster. Or glove box, or, hell pick a place to put your gun, as long as it's not "out".

KWTX is reporting that an arrest has been made in the Copperas Cove shooting that took place last Sunday.

Cove Police announced Friday that Tamarcus Jaques Scott was arrested shortly after the shooting and faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

It seems that Cove officers responded to a shots fired report around 12:20 a.m. Sunday at the Cove Terrace Shopping Center at 314 Cove Terrace.

They figured that an altercation had started in the shopping center then moved to the parking lot where multiple shots were fired.

The Police also received a report from AdventHealth Central Texas in Killeen about a gunshot victim. Police said...

"It was later learned that there were actually two victims being treated for non-life-threatening injuries."

Police think the three suspects fled in a gray Hyundai sedan.
