Deep fry. Everyone loves. Even people who've had heart surgery crave Deep Fry. The biggest problem with Deep Fry, you have to boil oil.

Boiling oil is sort of like Fracking in Yellowstone. It's not a question of if the Super Volcano will erupt, but when the Super Volcano will erupt. So boiling oil/deep frying is not a question of if it will catch on fire, but when will it catch on fire. last thing you want to do is to throw water on it.

What you want to do is never cook with oil or grease. But since we are self-destructive by nature, that's not an option. When your boiling oil gets away from you want to first turn off the heat source. Then cover the flames to try to suffocate the fire. If that fails throw some baking soda on it.
