Summertime! Summertime! Summertime! And for the working parent it might mean, "what to do with the kids?" How about skate camps?

From Cierra Shipley at KXXV, Channel 25, After a three month closure, due to COVID-19, Skate Waco in Bellmeade is open for business. Skating is a great way for kids to work off some energy and create great memories with family and friends.

Skate Waco in Bellmead is officially open and offers hours of fun and entertainment for kids of all ages. The Waco location, on Town Oaks Drive, will reopen June 16th.

Skate Waco will have a 100 person cap and are implementing new cleaning procedures to keep everyone safe. According to General Manager Gypsy Lucas, "The DJ is going to make a big noise and all of our staff are going to take a moment, sanitize do a little surface area cleaning and then go back to their station." Plus, one employee will be cleaning during the skate sessions.
