Scott Waring Says He Has “Indisputable Proof” Of Alien Cities On The Moon

Are they really out there? Alien expert Scott Waring, is convinced they are …this time with “indisputable proof” of “alien cities on the moon.” While looking at photos from “Lunar Orbiter Photographic Atlas of the Near Side of the Moon,” he believes he made this breakthrough. As he sees it, the white dots that’ve been dismissed as “flaws” are really something much bigger. He says the dots “disappear” in shadows and to dismiss that fact would be “ridiculous.” Instead, he sees the “flaws” as “three types of buildings,” one metallic, ceramic with black windows, and the “dark buildings.” He adds that NASA has “lied to us…and he can never respect someone who lies to your face.”
