You know I have been told it doesn't matter what kind of food you eat, it's the calorie count that counts.  Whether it's carbs or protein, if you eat more than you send out, you will gain weight.

And if you limit the calories and do some exercising, you will lose weight no matter what you eat, even if it's McDonald's every day.  That's what John Cisna ate.  John is a science teacher at Colo-Nesco High School in Colo, Iowa.  Three months ago, he thought it would be an interesting experiment for his class to see if he could lose weight by eating JUST McDonald's.

Unlike the movie "Super Size Me", John did not, he kept the calorie count to 2,000 a day.

His typical breakfast was two egg white McMuffins and maple oatmeal, for lunch he'd have one of the McDonald's salads, and for dinner he'd have a Big Mac or Quarter Pounder value meal with fries and ice cream.

And he also started walking 45 minutes a day

The result:  John lost 37 POUNDS in 90 days.  His cholesterol also dropped from 249 to 170.

Considering what he ate and the fact that he started exercising, it's no surprise he lost weight. So I guess the rest of us can do it.

I may go with Wendy's though.
