The CEO of the popular mobile app Instagram Adam Mosseri says next week "some" users followers won't be able to see their likes. This is already happening in other countries including Canada Australia and Japan

This is reportedly in an attempt to step down on competitive pressure on Instagram

According to a report published by CNN likes or how many hearts a post gets will disappear while the user can see how many likes a photo gets the public won't.
It hasn’t been specified what "some users" means but expect this change to go into effect next week.
So when you wake up one day next week you'll get a huge ego check lol...
This comes weeks after Facebook and Instagram announced that they will ban users for using emojis as sexual expressions on their platforms
They are just taking all of the fun out of the Internet geez!
