Oscar Winning Actress Reese Witherspoon is Coming to Central Texas

Actress Reese Witherspoon can be seen quite often in the checkout line of H.E.B. hanging out in the tabloids, but soon she'll be in Central Texas in the flesh.

Reese is releasing a book called "Whiskey in a Teacup" on September 18th, and KWTX is reporting that she'll be coming to Waco for a book signing a few days later.

It'll be held at Magnolia Silos. Magnolia Silos has previously hosted Jenna Bush Hager, Barbara Bush, and Chrissy Metz when they were out pushing their new books.

She is most famous for playing the "Legally Blonde" rolls, but she picked up her Oscar for the 2005 Johnny Cash biopic "Walk the Line" playing June Carter Cash.

Her new book is full of recipes and DIY tips influenced by her Southern upbringing.
