Off The Air: Abandoned Radio Stations
Ghosts. They're real. Having been in radio forever, I've worked many a late night alone in an otherwise empty building. At one place I worked, the spirits didn't care about hiding. They'd slam open cabinets, rustle through dishes and bang doors open and shut with carefree abandon. And you didn't ever dare spend anytime in the radio station shower stall past three in the morning.
I shudder to think what midnight must be like in these deserted buildings that used to house radio stations, but now they're just home to dirt, dust and forgotten memories.
Also, it's all kinda cool, in a very creeptastic way. Enjoy.
