Most Wanted Sex Offender May Be Living in Waco

One of Texas' Top 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders may be living in Waco.

Authorities with the Texas Department of Public Safety say Monroe Hernandez's last known location was the Lucky Star Motel at 2428 La Salle Ave in Waco, and they are working to determine where he is now.

DPS officials say Hernandez has violent tendencies and should be considered armed and dangerous. He's wanted for failing to register as a sex offender and violating parole. He has a history of sexual assault, as well as driving while intoxicated and possession of cocaine.

Hernandez's other known aliases include Juan Antonio Gonzales, Juan Antonio Gonzalez, Arthur Moreno Hernandez, Moreno Hernandez, and Morora Hernandez.

He's described as white Hispanic, standing around 5'3" and weighing 180 pounds. He has tattoos on his chest, led hand, and both legs, and scars on his left leg and right arm.
