Mayborn Planetarium Opens a New Shuttle Tile Exhibit

When the shuttle program was retired, NASA offered some of the heat shield tiles to schools.  Here is your chance to see them.

The Mayborn Planetarium and Space Theater, on the CTC campus, has opened a new exhibit which features the shuttle tiles.

The display is in the planetariums exhibit room, and is available for viewing during regular show schedules, but also, upon request during other times.
