Man Vs. Pickup Truck ends like it almost always does.

KWTX is reporting that a man was struck and killed on the I-35 frontage road outside of Troy Monday night.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. on the northbound frontage road neat Lely drive. The driver of the truck did stop and try to help. When first responders arrived bystanders were performing CPR. Paramedics could not save the man.

No name was released. No autopsy was ordered, and at this time Police don't expect charges will be filed against the driver.

With all this construction on I-35 you'd think that there's some type of plan to put in bike paths, or pedestrian paths to help separate man from metal.
