Killeen police are investigating a carjacking that happened early Tuesday morning.

KWTX's Kathleen Serie reports that Killeen police met the the victim of the carjacking at a Cefco located at the corner of Rancier Avenue and W.S. Young Drive.

The victim said he was outside an apartment complex north of Rancier near College Street around 2:45 AM when he was approached by a man and woman at gunpoint who  demanded that he drive them around in his car. The victim did as they demanded.

When the victim reached a stoplight in the vicinity of Rancier and 10th Street, he got out of the car and ran. The man and woman drove away in the victim's gray Chrysler 300.

The victim wasn't injured, and says he does not know the two suspects. He was able to walk to the Cefco to call police.
