Lazy Man Dangles Dog Off a Balcony Instead of Taking it For a Walk

A Greenville man is in trouble for being too lazy to walk the dog.  Instead he dangled it off a balcony so it could pee.  Somebody took a picture and called the cops.

Then we have another lady, Heather Vincelette who discovered the photo on Facebook this weekend and began sharing it.  She posted it on Spartanburg Animal Services, with the question is this legal?"

The posts generated a social media frenzy. Greenville Police say the woman who initially took the picture filed a report on Saturday.  Animal Control immediately began their investigation. The man that did the dangling was charged with a misdemeanor for violating the city's Animal-Care Ordinance.

Investigators say the dog's owner was out of town and his 23-year-old son was taking care of it. Dad was pretty ticked off about the whole situation.

I tend to believe the dog was pretty ticked off too.
