Japanese Restaurant Lets You Eat With a Moomin Stuffed Animal

I have never had a problem doing things alone, going to the movies eating at a restaurant.  But some folks have got to be with somebody or something when they eat out, the Japanese understand that.  Welcome to Japan’s Moomin Cafe, where “table for one” will get you a Moomin companion, a large stuffed animal will join you for dinner.

Moomin Cafe is a theme restaurant, based on a series of Finnish picture books about a family of hippopotamus-like creatures.
