Hot Summer Sounds Concert Rocks it in Temple’s Miller Park
The Scott and White Health Plan Hot Summer Sounds concert series kicked off at Miller Park in Temple Friday Night with Detroit Steel. The cover band from Austin played 80's hits, from AC/DC to ZZ Top.
Thanks to Scott and White Health Plan the concerts are free and family friendly. You can bring your own food along with chairs and blankets.
Since Friday night’s theme was the 80’s, Temple Parks and Leisure sponsored an 80’s costume contest. Here are some of the get ups.
Julia and Holly could not enter but we still tried our best to look cool.
Next Summer Sounds Concert on June 6 features the Brett Hendrix Band playing Southern Rock/Texas Country. The show starts at 7:30. It's Still FREE!!!!!
