Ya’ll know I can’t cook, so I am always looking for shortcuts.  (Thank you, Microwave inventor!)

I do know how to bake, and I do know how to make meringue for the Banana Pudding. But, oh the pain of separating the whites for the yolks.  Bet you never thought about doing it this way.
