Girl Scout cookie sales are over, now it's time for troops to turn in the money and collect their rewards.

The Ohio members of Girl Scout Troop 30759 decided to spend their $300 on a day of pampering at a Spa.  They were all looking forward to pedicures and manicures, until they heard what happened to Barbara Dolan.

The 75 year old great-grandmother of one of the Scouts lost everything in a fire.

Instead of using the cookie money on a spa day, the girls decided to donate the $300 to Barbara Dolan.  When the Moms heard that, they raised another $200 for the lady.

The girls took more than $500 to Mrs. Dolan on Monday night.  The Moms of course posted on Facebook what the girls had done.

That led to this interview with a local TV station. And then the girls got a big surprise.

Bonnie Wright, Mrs. Dolan’s granddaughter, was so touched by the girls’ generosity that she found a Spa to gives the girls a spa day for free.

The girls were thrilled and more determined than ever to help give Barbara Dolan a new start. The Scouts set up a GoFundMe page for her, with a goal of $5,000. By Tuesday morning they had raised over 2 thousand dollars.
