From a Time When Penn and Teller Met Run DMC [VIDEO]

I grew up listening to a lot of different music thanks to my dad's record collection, but I split from his love of Bread when Run DMC came on the scene.  Dad wasn't a fan, and that made it all that much sweeter.

As I was hosting trivia at the Green Door in Temple Thursday night a question about Run DMC came up, and I asked a bonus question about the comedic duo that appeared in their video for "It's Tricky".  Luckily for me, one person knew the answer so I wasn't left twisting in the breeze with another bonus question that only I knew.

This video had everything an 80s video on MTV needed.  It had the bad acting during the intro.  It had a celebrity guest.  It even had a payphone cameo.  So unlace your Adidas and get ready for some gold necklace fun.
