Summer jobs can be very hard to come by. Heck if students haven’t found one by now, it may be too late.  Fort Hood is trying to help with the Free “Smart Job Find” Career Launch and Career Fair.  Both will be on June 11.

It’s a two pronged attack!  The Career Launch is for ages 13-22.  It gets young people ready to look for a job.  The free morning session, from 9-11, covers a bunch of things including resumes and applications.  Students need to preregister by June 9 to take part.  Get that information at hood.mwr.com.

The Career Fair is all about filling out applications and leaving resumes.  Young people aged 16 to 22 are invited.  You don’t have to go to the Career Launch first, you don't have to register, and you don’t have to be military related to go to the Career Fair.
