Dispose Of Hazardous Waste In Killeen

The city of Killeen is hosting a Hazardous household waste collection event.

Residents of Killeen and other surrounding residents can dispose of all toxic chemicals in their household.

These chemicals include smoke detectors, fire alarms, fluorescent bulbs, paints, batteries, cleaning supplies, pressured containers, types of antifreeze, and any other hazardous waste.

They ask that you bring items in original containers if possible.

Stop by anytime on June 13 at the Killeen Special Events Center from 9 am to 2 pm.
