Russia is different place these days.  There seems to be a lot of anger under the surface.  I guess that's what replaced all the nuclear missiles. (Allegedly)  Sometimes though, they do things we want to do here.  Like smash a cell phone of an idiot driver.  Enjoy living life vicariously through a dash cam of the Motherland.
