The world is full of people who are full of themselves.  It always has been mind you, but now the cat is out of the bag thanks to technology, and the ever popular "selfie" shot.  But now, standing in front of the mirror with your junk tease selfie's are useless and pathetic thanks to a Russian by the name of Kirill Oreshkin.
