Cinergy Cinemas are opening up the movie experience to everyone, including those who have autism and sensory processing disorders.

Cinergy Entertainment Group announced it's starting a new sensory friendly series in Copperas Cove and Midland, Texas.

Cinergy Cinema's are already known for a unique selection of interactive games and other amenities, including laser tag. Now they're starting something extra special.

One Saturday each month, at 9:30 a.m., Cinergy will present a family friendly film in a theater dedicated to guest affected by autism and sensory processing disorders.

These showings will have a brightened light level, reduced sound volume, and room for guests to interact and move around. The first showing will be February 25th with "The Lego Batman Movie"

There's also a chance for you to get a deal, as long as you're going to Cinergy Cinema. Right now, you can get 2 movie tickets, 2 small drink vouchers, and a voucher for a small popcorn, normally $33.17, for only $16.58. Just click and save now for Cinergy Cinema.
