Central Texas in the 60s

A few weeks ago, I posted a video shot in Austin twenty years ago. It was great to see the town before the influx of so many people.

Earlier today I was alerted to another YouTube video featuring old photos of the Capitol City and a song written especially for the occasion. I can't say the montage of stills is as fascinating as the video from the 90s, and you'll either love or hate the music.  Nostalgia comes in various forms, and sometimes it's about all there is to be had. There might not be anything else like a film or video in existence, so you take what you can get.
