Car Vent Spins at High Speed

Everyone who has an older car knows about "little quirks".  That's little things that pop up that can only be chalked up to getting stoned or drunk before going to work on the automotive line.  For me it's a dash board that likes to rattle like it's driving on cobblestones.  For John Hickey's Pontiac it's a vent, that if in the right position, will spin at such a high speed you'd think you're about to jump to another dimension.
