Bloomin Fest Carnival Opens on Thursday

Everyone loves a carnival. This year the Bloomin Fest Carnival has treat for your family.

The joy of holding an event in the Spring is the ever present chance of rain. Even though, as an adult, the main attraction for us is the musical acts, the kids love the carnival.

So this week there is a chance of rain every day. It's true that on Friday & Saturday the chance could be considered a "cover your butt" chance, because you never know when a rain showers going to appear in the Texas sky (thanks Gulf of Mexico). But to make sure your kids get their carnival time in, this year the carnival will open on Thursday and runs through Sunday. It'll give them a better chance to shake that stomach up. Don't forget to pack baby wipes and gum.
