Hey Gang,

Time again for a Big Q Tip.  For those of you who don’t know, due to some horrible eating habits, my body has found a way to make me eat healthier…Blood Clots.  Thank you Mr Right Leg.

Because the human heart, lungs, and brain, don’t handle cottage cheese blood to well, I have to take blood thinners.  So I have to be careful of certain foods which thicken blood.  Anything with vitamin K is what I have to look out for.  But the opposite is also tricky, I can’t get my blood too thin.  Well, this past week I went in for a check up and that’s what happened, too thin.  Now I have to add a little more vitamin K to the diet.  Veggies are the easiest way to get this done, only problem,  I’d rather have the plague that eat rabbit food.  The only one I can truly stomach is peas and even then, I mix them with something else. I make my own ketchup/salsa/red stuff, so I figured I’d just add a serving of peas to that.  I call it Q-chup.

What color does red and green make?  On the color wheel I think it's brown.  In my food processor, turns out it’s Barf.

Big Q Tip; If you add peas to anything red, it’s best if you’re color blind.  Otherwise, if you invite someone over for dinner, you might have to say this line…”Would you like me to “liven” that up with a little of my home made Barf?” Which is the perfect line to say if you never want these people to come over ever again...Your welcome ;)
