BBC Banns Bobby “Boris” Pickett’s The Monster Mash

Big Q back with you.  Well the best holiday for a sweet tooth is coming up fast.  There's a lot of music attached to Halloween, and one the best was actually banned from the BBC on this day in 1962.

It was 51 years ago when Bobby Boris Pickett's monster hit "The Monster Mash" was forbidden to be on the air in England because the BBC thought the song was offensive.  My question is; offensive to who?  Are they pro-monsters in England?

That stick must have reached pretty far to think that this song is offensive.
