Four Belton Lake Ramps Back Open For Boating
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers didn't say it was pretty, but if your ready to enjoy some late summer fun on the water there are now four boat ramps back open for use in Central Texas.Ronnie Bruggman of the U.S. Army Corps says Lake Belton is back within 6 feet of its normal elevation of 594 feet. Stillhouse Hollow Lake is within 2 feet of normal elevation of 622 feet.
There's still tons of clean up to do, and some of the parks are only to ramp access. Day use at some of these parks will still require more clean up. More details can found on the Belton Lake website.
